1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Savage Wolf Promotions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Savage Wolf Promotions provides boxing event promotion and ticket sales services. We organise and promote boxing events featuring social media personalities and professional fighters, and sell tickets to these events through our website.

3. Account Registration

To purchase tickets, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Ticket Purchases

4.1 Pricing and Payment

All ticket prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method.

4.2 Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket(s). Tickets can also be accessed through your account on our website.

4.3 Ticket Validity

Each ticket contains a unique QR code that is valid for one-time entry only. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Copying or counterfeiting tickets is strictly prohibited.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Customer Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided the event has not yet taken place.

5.2 Event Cancellation by Us

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you via email as soon as possible.

5.3 Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

5.4 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6. Event Attendance

• You must present a valid ticket (QR code) for entry
• Photo ID may be required for age-restricted events
• You must comply with venue rules and security requirements
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate rules
• Events may be photographed or filmed; by attending, you consent to appear in such recordings

7. Age Restrictions

Some events may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the age requirements for the event you are purchasing tickets for. No refunds will be provided if you are denied entry due to not meeting age requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is owned by Savage Wolf Promotions or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket(s)
• We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell tickets at inflated prices (ticket touting)
• Create fake accounts or provide false information
• Infringe on the rights of others

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
